This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your information when you use our AI video creation tool and TikTok sync service (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum information necessary to provide and improve our Service:

• TikTok Authorization Information: When you connect your TikTok account via OAuth 2.0, we receive your account unique identifier (open_id), basic profile information (nickname, avatar), and an access token with permission to upload videos to your TikTok draft box. We do not request or access your password, private messages, or follower data.
• Creation & Usage Data: Video files you generate or upload, feature usage logs, and operation records, which are used to deliver the creation service and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Device & Log Information: Device model, operating system, browser type, IP address, and access time, used to maintain service security and stability.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide core features: AI video generation, editing, and syncing videos to your TikTok account draft box;
• To verify your identity and secure account authorization;
• To optimize product functions, fix technical issues, and improve user experience;
• To comply with legal obligations and regulatory requirements.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• With your explicit written consent;
• With TikTok platform, to the extent necessary to complete the video upload to draft box function, subject to TikTok's official Privacy Policy;
• When required by law, court order, or governmental authority;
• When necessary to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.

4. Data Storage and Security

• We store your personal information on secure servers with industry-standard security measures, including SSL encrypted transmission, role-based access control, and sensitive data encryption at rest.
• Your TikTok access token is stored with asymmetric encryption and only decrypted temporarily when performing draft upload operations. It is never displayed in plain text or shared with unauthorized parties.
• Video files generated through our Service are only cached temporarily to complete the sync to TikTok draft box. They are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers within 7 calendar days after successful upload. You may also manually delete source files at any time within the application.

5. Your Rights Regarding Personal Information

• Access & Correction: You may view your account binding information and creation records in the app settings, and correct inaccurate personal information.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information, creation records, and account binding data. We will process valid requests within 15 business days.
• Revoke Authorization: You may revoke all permissions for our app at any time in your TikTok account "Authorized Apps" settings, or disconnect your account directly in our app. After revocation, we will immediately stop using your TikTok account information and delete all authorization credentials.
• Account Cancellation: You may request to cancel your account. Upon completion, we will delete all your personal information, except where required by law to retain it.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your user experience, such as remembering your login state and feature preferences. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser or device settings; however, disabling cookies may cause some features to not function properly.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the minimum digital age required by law in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
