Welcome to our AI video creation and TikTok sync tool (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the Service.

1. Service Description

• Our Service provides AI-assisted video generation and editing tools for users.
• Upon your active authorization via TikTok's official Content Posting API, we upload your completed video to your personal TikTok account draft box for your subsequent manual editing and publishing.
• We only provide technical tools and API integration. All content creation, review, and publishing decisions are made solely by you, and you bear full responsibility for all content you generate and publish.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be a natural person with full civil capacity, or a legally registered business or entity.
• You must own a valid TikTok account and have full authority to grant our Service permission to upload videos to your account draft box.

3. User Conduct Rules

You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and TikTok platform rules when using our Service, including but not limited to the TikTok Developer Agreement, TikTok Community Guidelines, and TikTok Content Policies.

You shall not:

• Generate, upload, or distribute any illegal, infringing, false, misleading, pornographic, violent, or discriminatory content;
• Violate the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, reputation rights, or other legitimate rights of any third party;
• Use AI-generated realistic human content without proper disclosure as required by TikTok's Synthetic Media Policy;
• Use our Service to bulk publish spam, low-quality, or marketing advertising content that disrupts the TikTok platform ecosystem;
• Reverse engineer, hack, tamper with, or exceed the authorized scope of the TikTok API.

4. Intellectual Property

• You retain full intellectual property rights to video content you create and generate, provided the content is legal and compliant.
• All intellectual property rights related to our Service's technology, algorithms, interface, and trademarks belong to our company.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely for the purpose of uploading your video to your TikTok draft box, including temporary storage, format conversion, and transmission.

5. AI-Generated Content Specific Terms

• You shall not use our AI features to generate deepfakes, fake portraits, infringing likenesses, or misleading synthetic content.
• You are solely responsible for labeling AI-generated content in accordance with TikTok platform requirements and ensuring it does not mislead audiences.
• We have built-in basic compliance checks for AI-generated content and will block clearly illegal content from being uploaded. However, these checks do not guarantee compliance, and you remain fully responsible for all content you create.

6. TikTok Platform Compliance

• Your use of our Service to connect with TikTok is subject to all TikTok platform policies, as may be updated from time to time.
• We only integrate with TikTok's official open API and do not interfere with TikTok's content review mechanism or traffic distribution rules.
• We do not guarantee that content uploaded to the draft box will pass TikTok's review, be eligible for publication, or receive traffic recommendations.
• Any consequences resulting from violation of TikTok platform rules, including account restrictions, feature bans, or content removal, shall be borne solely by you.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of the Service, nor do we guarantee any commercial results or content performance.

We are not liable for any disputes, penalties, or losses arising from your illegal, infringing, or non-compliant content.

We are not liable for service interruptions or functional changes caused by TikTok platform policy adjustments, API updates, or system maintenance.

8. Service Modification and Termination

• We reserve the right to adjust or update the Service in accordance with business development and compliance requirements. Material changes will be notified to you through reasonable channels.
• If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your access to the Service and pursue legal remedies.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
